So training has begun.
And my first impression so far is that a lot of our training has been written by the marketing department.
It’s a lot of blatant hype… trying to convince us of all sorts of marketing buzz about their various brands and their values.
And I’m having a hard time not just writing it all off as complete and utter fluff.
We have had some discussion on the actual job aspects… but so much more on the brands and on the company philosophies and all… and it just seems so market level cheesy hype.
It’s like sitting through days of slightly less obvious infomercials.
This could be a long month
