That jello cake done as a layer cake on the internet looks simple enough… Just like normal, then layer it.

No need to even do a test run… it’ll be great for a valentines dessert.

Quick, easy, no problem.

Until you forget that those foil pans for layers are really thin and easily poked through.

Which isn’t obvious immediately because the liquid has to seep through the cake first…

but becomes very quickly obvious when you pick the first one up from the fridge shelf hours later.

Oh, and layers of jello coated cake? They slide.. Everywhere.


If that middle layer would have just stayed to the left…

Somehow these internet projects always seem to have these little glips they dont warn ya about.

But still yummy.
